After a long post-production period, tweaking and improving our video story, we are proud to introduce our club's flagship car, the "Beast"!

The Beast is a 2008 BMW E60 M5 owned by our good friend, CC500 co-organizer and founding member John. With an imposing, aggressive look and a screaming V10 engine that produces 565 hp and 414 lb-ft of torque (after a few modifications), it becomes clear why this car has been nicknamed the Beast. Or Das Biest if you want to stay true to its origins!

Since the introduction of the E28 model produced in 1986 until now with the current F90 model, the BMW M5 has been at the top of its class, combining luxury with performance.

Introduced in 2005, the E60 M5 is powered by an uneven firing V10 engine. That magnificent engine paired with a 7 speed sequential manual gearbox directly linked the car with the BMW Sauber Formula One program. The E60 model was both the quickest and fastest 4-door sedan in the world at the time of its release.

Other distinctive features include unique body panels, a wider track, 7-speed SMG III sequential manual gearbox, a color heads up display displaying navigation, speed, rpm and gear selection information and automatic seat side bolsters. For all these tangible and many more intangible reasons, the E60 M5 was the most successful M5 by the time it was replaced with the next variant.

With 507 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque (factory settings) the E60 can reach 0-to-62-mph in a time of 4.2 seconds and achieve a top speed of 204 mph. The E60 M5 recorded an official lap time of 8:13 at the Nurburgring.

The E60 M5 was regarded as the benchmark for super high performance sedans in its class. According to Jeremy Clarkson, former presenter of BBC's Top Gear, “It’s a world of motoring perfection. If you want to take it on...don’t bother. It doesn’t matter what you’ve got. It doesn’t matter what you’ve ever driven. This is quicker, it’s faster, it’s MORE astonishing. You just can’t believe you’re in a big 4-door saloon because it goes and it feels and it SOUNDS like a Ferrari 430, and that’s about the best car I’ve ever driven. The steering, the brakes, the power. And this noise… The driving experience just dominates everything…. It’s an epic car, just brilliant.”

The Beast has had a few modifications that increased the already impressive factory numbers. With the introduction of the modifications listed below, this amazing machine produces 565 hp and 414 lb-ft of torque. The Eisenmann Race Exhaust  brings the car to a completely different level of excitement as you will discover from the video!
